1978 – 1979 Invented and developed the Kendrick Extrication Device (KED). This device is used to extricate accident victims from automobiles and confined spaces & immobilize patients with suspected neck or spinal injury. The KED is currently the industry standard throughout the U.S. and much of the civilized world.
